  • Explore different routines and find what works best for you.
  • Consider incorporating proven activities, personal tricks, mandatory tasks, desired but procrastinated activities, and positive reinforcements.
  • Think about the environment you need to succeed, such as a quiet space or having breakfast prepared beforehand.

#3 Design Your Morning Routine and Put It on Paper Beforehand
